What is Mind Book

Mind book is a multipurpose mental tonic. Mind book has  the power for speedy spread of  positive thinking for depressed persons through inspirational quotes and sayings. It is a “tonic” for the mind.

Mind book has the power to change our value in social world. In today’s quick-paced life everybody is under the grip of tensions for some reasons or the other and unable to give time to any other critical task.

Mind book – a solution for the troubled minds:

  • When the mind is in a state of fear, anxiety, depression, worry, it loses its ability to think clearly. In other words, the mind becomes ‘blank’ or incapable of any rational & clearcut thinking. To put it in other words, there is no clarity of thought. There is a sense of unknown fear gripping the mind which stops the person from doing anything constructive.   1. First of all, sit down & calmly analyse what is worrying you. Identify your problems, but give your power and energy to solutions.
  2. Secondly, is it on account of some wrongdoing in the past / wrong actions which in reality may be totally insignificant & may be disturbing your mind because you have been thinking always about it. If so, then please note that no amount of worrying can change the past. The past is dead & gone. Also remember, most of the things we worry about never happen!!


  • Secondly, even if there are problems or issues causing this worry, please note that your worrying or not worrying is not going to alter the situation or solve the problem. Instead, when you have a problem, convert it into a challenge for problems worry you and challenges inspire you.


  • Analyse the issue & look for possible solutions to the problems. If you keep on thinking about the problem you only tend to magnify or inflate the gravity of the problem. Also remember, for every problem, there is a solution. The solution can be found when the mind is in a state of peace & tranquility.  Researchers have also proven that people who have a healthy and positive attitude – or incorporate positive thinking live better lives. Why ? Because they know how to use the power of their mind. Unfortunately, most people never get their mind working for them. Instead, they get their mind to work against them – creating things they don’t want. A positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life.
  • Success or failure in business is caused by mental attitude even more than by mental capacities.

If you learn to translate every event of your life into a positive one, you will stop being a prisoner of your past and become designer of your future.

Never lose faith and courage. You have done your best and you have eventually sought god’s helping hand. You will find that god has solved  your problem for you.

Resort to the recitation of the god’s name when your mind is agitated by fear, anxiety or grief.

Read spiritual or inspirational literature for a few minutes before going to bed.

Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
