German researches (Lubbock Medical School) said that the secret of ageing is the brain. The cortex (the superficial or outer layer of the brain) which conveys sensory perception diminishes in volume with ageing. After careful microscopically studies they have conceded that the brain should be used actively to put off the ageing process.
